To achieve the best result we will take an impression of your teeth and gums to create a custom-fit whitening tray. Along with the custom made whitening trays you will receive teeth whitening gel and instructions to guide you through the process. This allows you to achieve a brighter smile in the comfort of your own home.

Teeth whitening varies from person to person. As long as you are a non-smoker and avoid rich coloured food then these results can last up to 6 month, if not you always have a kit at home to brighten your smile whenever suits you.

Dark coloured foods and drinks should be avoided for at least 48 hours after treatment as your teeth are especially porous. Food and drink that should be avoided are:

  • Sugary drinks
  • Red Wine
  • Tobacco products
  • Rich coloured fruit & veg
